Home Staging and Organizing is the number one main attraction to the selling of any home or product. Trained in the Television and Movie industry for A.B.C. American Broadcasting Company, working on - site with interior designers and set decorators for Soap Operas, Radio, day-time and Nightly News. I would have to frequently go to the several prop houses to choose for the different sets that I would be working on for the day,  Shortly after, I was a head prop master for the many ballet and theater companies in the New York City Area. I then moved on to working in the corporate world, setting the stage for the corporate meetings, lights, camera, action, as the sets and props were delivered. I would be the headprops person as who to go to make sure that all of the props were in order and the set was dressed clean and orderly. Once all of the props have been checked in, then it's up to me to dress and stage according to the project. 

I would like to show you what I do when I walk into a home that is disorganized and not set worthy for viewing, its just about the same process .

Before I start to explain how this process  starts. 

Lets Take a look at how the this prospective homeowner lives, a first time on site  inspection is for you to get to know what you are looking at,  and to get Idea's of where the contents is located, in this case its the homeowners contents that we are going to use to redress each room. you can take a look at the tab that says - Photos of Contents - this shows orderly and displayed contents ready for a tag sale. Do not think that all homeowners keep on orderly house. My team and I do this well in advance before the public is let in. 

Have you walked into a home where I will suggest to you to un clutter and let the light in, show space, remove what is not needed, throw out the garbage and show and put in front the contents that is worth selling.
